Parkrun

Parkrun is a chance for people to run 5km every Saturday morning and get timed doing so. It is free to sign up, free to attend and all you need is the barcode they ask you to download when you sign up. It is not an organisation for canicrossers but an organisation that was put together to try and get more people running. They allow people to run with dogs and this is something that could be taken away!
